Consignment Furniture Store Find

If you follow me on Facebook you know that every week we play a fun game of Pass or Buy.  I peruse the website, EstateSales.Net looking for fun items listed at various estate sales, post them on my Facebook page, and ask you, would you pass on it, or would you buy it. Well a few weeks ago Mr. B sent me a listing he had found on Craigslist.  It was from a local consignment furniture store.  So local, I pass by it twice a day on my way to work and home, but, I never even knew it was there!  Anywho, it was for a silverware chest.  I promptly posted the photo on Facebook and asked if you would Pass or Buy. You overwhelmingly suggested I buy it so, I stopped in on my way home from work. It was originally priced at $99, then marked down to $79 and...then another 15% off for the upcoming Memorial Day holiday, so with tax I only paid $73 for it total!  Score!  And into my trunk it went!

It's a pretty hefty piece of furniture so I had to wait until Mr. B got home from work to get it into the house but once it was in place in the dining room, it was total love!

I was able to fill it full of my special pieces of silverplate and stainless flatware!

Thank you for pushing me to Buy! I am just thrilled with this find and with the price I paid for it!  I think it is the perfect storage solution as well as a beautiful piece of furniture for the dining room!
